  • Scharffen berger cocoa powder

    If it has cocoa powder in it (our chocolate ice cream), this is what we’re using. It’s good.

  • CALLEBAUT CHOCOLATE

    Deep, rich chocolate flavor. 70% provides a nice bitterness as a counterpoint to the sweetness of the ice cream.

  • Koeze Peanut Butter
